Johnson helps build TS Banking Group team

If Erin Johnson isn’t in the office, she’s likely traveling.

Johnson joined TS Banking Group in 2016 and works in the talent management division out of the downtown Council Bluffs branch at 43 Scott St. The avid traveler joined the team as a recruiter and is now recruitment and selection manager for all banking group entities.

My co-workers are amazing, the care that the banking group as a whole has for each individual employee is evident. I am really proud to work for this company.”

Johnson said she tries to organize volunteer opportunities for TS Banking Group team members, including her human resources colleagues, once a month.

"These activities have ranged from a variety of nonprofits and have been a great bonding experience as a team but also exposure to the great work many nonprofits are doing in our community," she said, listing Heartland Family Service, Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross and Wings of Hope among the many nonprofits the group has volunteered for.
